The AAN
is a group of used car classified websites that
share a common database. A type of franchising
system made up of independent websites. Similar
in technology to the way google shares search
results with aol.com, msn.com, yahoo.com and its
other clients. The AAN is much more industry
specific and much younger but employs the same
technology.
The concept
of smaller businesses working together to offer
stronger pricing and better products is not new
to the internet. Being a sucessful concept in
